2nd Stakeholder Engagement Workshop of Major Revision of BEAM Plus Existing Buildings

The current version of BEAM Plus Existing Buildings Version 2.0 (“EB v2.0”) was launched in June 2016. After 7 years of operation, the scheme is due for a revamp as part of the structured review process. After the Review and Research (“R&R”), 1^st Stakeholder Engagement and focus group discussion stages, the 1^st draft of BEAM Plus Existing Buildings (EB) v3.0 is formulated.

On behalf of BEAM Society Limited, you are cordially invited to join the 2^nd Stakeholders Engagement Workshop to express views and opinions/ sharing of experience. The workshop focuses on the content of the 1^st draft of BEAM Plus EB v3.0.

Stakeholder engagement is an important milestone for the development of new assessment tool. Your views and experience are therefore valuable and crucial to formulate the assessment framework and measures to encourage participation and reduce environmental impacts on the existing building stocks in Hong Kong.

The workshops will be hosted at BEC Auditorium, Jockey Club Environmental Building, Kowloon Tong and a total of three sessions (the content is identical) will be organised:
